Un auténtico caldo multicultural - producto de los guitarristas Criminel y Mich (oriundos de Palermo y Francia, respectivamente) y del bajista rumano Tibo Dibo - The Swingers recrea el estilo agregándole un inimitable "savoir faire" porteño.
The Swingers est un des très rares combos qui maintient la tradition du swing manouche en Amérique du Sud, faisant une profession de foi de recréer l'authentique sonorité gitano-européenne. Un vrai bouillon multiculturel – résultat des guitaristes Criminel et Mich (issus de Palermo et de la France, respectivement) et du bassiste roumain Tibo Dibo – The Swingers enrichi son style avec l'inimitable savoir faire « porteño » de Buenos Aires.
The Swingers is one of the very few combos that keeps the manouche tradition alive in South America, carrying the torch of the authentic unadulterated european gypsy jazz sound. A true melting pot – resulting from the combination of guitarists Mich and Criminel (from Palermo and France) and romanian bassist Tibo Dibo – The Swingers recreates this style adding its own Buenos Aires's “porteño” flavor.
